We send simple daily check-in messages to your loved one. If they don’t respond, we follow up and notify family members based on your preferences. Our goal is to make sure someone is paying attention before it becomes an emergency.

* Text for Assistance — The client may text "CALL" and GarHug will notify an approved family contact that the client is requesting a call from them (up to 3 requests per month).---Core — $34/month* Everything in Community Care, plus:
* Up to 3 daily wellness check-ins and/or reminders total.
* Optional reminder response tracking.
* Optional wellness response-time tracking.
* Optional monthly summary email — Provides a monthly summary of documented reminder responses and wellness check-in response-time tracking for the reporting period.
* Text for Assistance — The client may text "CALL" and GarHug will notify an approved family contact that the client is requesting a call from them (up to 5 requests per month).---Connection — $89/month* Everything in Core, plus:
* Companion Call — A scheduled friendly phone call focused on conversation and social connection (1 per week, up to 15 minutes).
* More scheduling time options available for wellness check-ins and reminders.
* Extra Care Days — Additional wellness check-ins for 7 days each month.
* Daily Assurance — Sends a daily confirmation message to an approved family contact when the client successfully checks in.---Support — $139/month* Everything in Connection, plus:
* Companion Call — A scheduled friendly phone call focused on conversation and social connection (2 total per week, up to 15 minutes each).
* Expanded scheduling flexibility with additional time choices for wellness check-ins and reminders.
* Monthly Family Update Call — An optional monthly call with an approved family contact to review reminder responses, wellness check-in participation, response-time tracking, and other service activity documented throughout the month.---Premium — $199/month* Everything in Support, plus:
* Scheduling Requests — GarHug assists with coordinating approved appointments, services, or scheduling needs (4 included per month).
* Maximum scheduling flexibility with the widest selection of available times for wellness check-ins and reminders.
